I am thrilled to share about my life experience and the journey that has

taken me deep through a wellness lifestyle on my day to day choices

​

I am a passionate advocate of well-being, fitness, meditation and

living connected in harmony with nature

​

During the past twenty years of self-discovery and inner cultivation,

I raised 3 daughters, studied many holistic healing modalities and began a committed, long-lasting meditation, mindfulness and yoga practice. I am an avid hiker as well.

 

I have been very fortunate to travel the world, experience many cultures and feel that the entire world is home

​​

After obtaining a Masters degree in health sciences, I had the fortune to further immerse and study with master teachers in yogic traditions, vedas, Ayurveda, mindfulness, meditation, holistic healing modalities and sound yoga

 

Now I feel deeply blessed to be able to share the result of embodying the practices I have applied, and to create space where each one can grow and discover our own magnificence and joy​

 

I have professionally offered private wellness mentorship and guidance, along with all inclusive wellness retreats, meditation, sound healing, yoga, breath work, body cleanses and detox, catered private wellness parties and events, spiritual teaching and guidance, sacred ceremonies and coaching for over 15 years

I have lived in Hawai'i for over 3 years, currently living in Hawi, on the Big Island
